Journey to Self-Discovery and Healing

Are you experiencing racing thoughts, feeling like you are stuck in a loop or on the edge of a cliff? Do you feel like you are in a "fight or flight" mode? Do you feel a sense of emptiness, numbness, or heaviness in your heart that makes it difficult to find motivation and interest in life? Using a trauma-informed integrative approach to self-discovery and healing, I invite you on a journey to explore how your lived experiences shaped your perception of yourself and the world around you, your pattern of communication, and the relationship that you have with yourself and others. Key questions driving our work together: (1) Who are you? (2) How did you get here? (3) Where would you like to go from here?

Looking for support?

We work with:

  • Clients struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depressionstress, and trauma symptoms related to communication patterns, childhood experiences, military service, and racial identity, so that they may gain the necessary tools and strategies to develop healthy relationships with themselves and others.

  • Asian American transracial adoptees, 1.5 & 2nd Gen immigrants, and/or multiracial and multiethnic Asian Americans seeking to resolve questions of identity to develop a loving, stable definition of who they are.

  • People of Color to process their racial trauma(s) so that they may find inner balance and harmony.

  • Individuals experiencing inner conflict and/or with feelings of "being stuck” with perfectionism, people-pleasing, caretaking, overthinking, and self-criticism, so that they may become aware of and give voice to different parts of themselves.

  • Couples experiencing relationship difficulties and/or in a life transition so that they may gain the necessary tools to maintain healthy connections.

The process of finding a therapist who empowers you to own your story, bear witness to your pain and suffering, and helps you to reconnect with your inner curious, loving, and joyful spirit can be overwhelming. And, it can also be worthwhile when you find her/him/them. We invite you to a free 15-minute consultation to determine if we should embark on that journey together.
